To increase efficiency and modernization, Dundee elected to install a new elevator system for the building. Armed with the knowledge that tenants would likely be resistant to the change, and adapting to the new method of elevator use would take some time before being perceived as intuitive by tenants, Trifold was tasked with several challenges;
1. Inform tenants of the new elevator system and keep them abreast of project progress and timelines on an ongoing basis
2. Educate tenants on the new method of using the elevator to ensure as seamless a transition as possible
3. Demonstrate landlord appreciation for tenant cooperation to maintain good will despite inevitable inconveniences temporarily impacting tenants
Designed and printed several pieces of marketing collateral including elevator wraps, posters, brochures and handouts, ‘counting down’ and notifying tenants of the upcoming project, as well as citing the benefits tenants would reap from the new elevator.
Produced an instructional video and designed/built a custom modular display unit fixed in the lobby to offer ongoing usage tutorials to tenants.
Helped execute an informal tenant appreciation event to introduce the new elevator, featuring property management and building ambassadors wearing branded T-shirts to help tenants easily garner assistance and training.
