CASE STUDY
To demonstrate a commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and differentiate the property from other office towers in an ultra-competitive real estate market, Dundee opted to apply for the distinguished LEED certification, an intense undertaking requiring participation and cooperation from existing tenants.  Trifold developed a feel-good landlord-to-tenant communications campaign to ensure ongoing awareness of the certification process and tenant participation requirements, as well as demonstrating Dundee’s utmost appreciation of the tenants’ commitment to this worthy endeavor.


• Designed and printed marketing collateral including multiple posters, handouts and wall wraps counting down to the certification period whereby active tenant participation would be required
• Helped to plan and executed multiple events to demonstrate tenant appreciation and provide ongoing updates regarding the complex process
• Conceptualized and produced promotional items including reusable coffee cups stating ‘I take my coffee green’ and T-shirts worn by building ambassadors throughout the duration of the process.
